The Technical Advisory Committee assists in evaluating development plans and forwards their recommendation to other governmental entities having the applicable reviewing authority. The committee includes both public and private entities with specific knowledge of road, water, sewer design and construction; health requirements regarding water and sewer facilities; environmental planning criteria relating to geology, vegetation, noise, water systems; public safety issues relating to fire hydrant location and capacity; design criteria for telephone, cable, and natural gas installation; and urban design criteria.
